We aim to ship in-stock items as soon as possible from receival of an order, within 1-2 working days. For pre-order items however, the delivery date will be specified on the respective product page.

The express courier service takes from 2 to 5 working days based on its final destination. We will send the parcel tracking number via e-mail so that we can trace its route.

Depending on the country of arrival there may be import taxes to be paid to the courier upon delivery. The amount of these taxes varies according to the country in question. We invite our kind customers to contact us via the Whatsapp button for any clarification on the matter.

• We accept return of goods within 14 days of receipt of the product.
• Items must be returned in perfect new condition and with all tags attached, as when received.
• Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
• The refund will be credited within approximately 14 days, according to bank processing times. Our customer care team will send an e-mail to confirm receipt of the returned product and the processed refund, which will be credited back on the same payment method used for the purchase.
• If you wish to return the order in exchange for a store credit, the costs of returning the goods will be at our expense. If, on the other hand, you prefer to return the goods and be reimbursed, the cost of shipping will be charged to the customer.

Madreperla Sandals offers one free product exchange per item. Subsequent exchanges will be charged at a cost of EUR 25 per item.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Paypal. It is also possible to pay using Apple Pay and Google Pay.
