We aim to ship all in-stock orders as soon as possible, within 1-2 working days. For pre-order items however, the delivery date will be specified on the respective product page.

Depending on the country of arrival, there may be import taxes to be paid to the courier upon delivery. The amount of these taxes varies according to the country in question. We invite our kind customers to contact us via the Whatsapp button for any clarification on the matter.

• We accept return of goods within 14 days from receipt of the product.
• Items must be returned in perfectly new conditions and with all tags attached, as when received.
• Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
• The refund will be credited within approximately 14 days, according to your bank processing times. Our customer care team will send an e-mail to confirm receipt of the returned product and the processed refund, which will be credited back on the same payment method used for the purchase.
• If you wish to return the order in exchange for a store credit, the costs of returning the goods will be at our expense. If, on the other hand, you prefer to return the goods and be reimbursed, the cost of shipping will be charged to the customer.
