• We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
• The goods you wish to return must be in perfectly new condition and have all the tags and labels attached as when received, in its original packaging.
• Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
• Calculate approximately 14 days for the refund to be credited, based on processing times of the bank in question. Our team will send a confirmation email as soon as the returned goods have been received and the refund has been made.
• The refund will be made towards the same payment method used for the purchase.
• The cost of returning the goods will be borne by the customer.
