Right of withdrawal and returns

For online purchases where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, you may notify us of your decision within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason, without prejudice to rights provided by applicable law. After notifying us, items must be returned within the statutory time limit. Products should be handled only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

If you opt for an eligible discretionary return in exchange for store credit, where available, we cover the return shipping cost. If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal and prefer a refund, the direct cost of returning the item is borne by the customer where permitted by law and where this was disclosed before purchase. Statutory refunds include any original standard delivery charges in the circumstances required by law.

Personalised products and sale items

The statutory right of withdrawal for change of mind does not apply to goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised where the applicable legal exemption applies. Except in cases of defects or non-conformity, such items are not eligible for a change-of-mind return or refund.

For sale or promotional items, we do not offer additional voluntary exchanges or returns beyond statutory rights. However, the 14-day right of withdrawal continues to apply to eligible online purchases under applicable law, including discounted products. Statutory consumer guarantees and remedies for faulty or non-conforming products always remain unaffected.

How to request a return

Email info@mpsandals.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. The return address will be provided individually, together with the relevant return instructions. Please do not ship to any address other than the return address provided to you.
