Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. The seller

The Atelier Madreperla online store (madreperlasandals.com) is operated by Madreperla Trading of Shoes and Bags LLC, with registered office at Al Masaood Tower, Najdah Street, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. For order enquiries, contact info@mpsandals.com.

2. Scope and orders

These terms apply to purchases placed through the Atelier Madreperla online store. Before submitting an order, customers can review products, options, quantities, amounts and delivery details. An order confirmation is sent by email. Fulfilment depends on stock availability and successful payment authorisation. If an order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be informed and any sums collected will be returned in accordance with applicable law.

3. Products and presentation

Product images and descriptions aim to represent the items accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings; natural materials may show variations in grain and shade. This does not affect consumer rights where goods do not conform to their description.

4. Prices and payment

Product prices and applicable delivery charges are shown at checkout before purchase. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Prices, promotions and stock availability may change, without affecting confirmed orders. Customs duties or import taxes may apply in some destinations under local rules; any applicable charges remain subject to the information provided to customers and mandatory law.

5. Shipping and delivery

We deliver to Italy and selected international destinations available at checkout. Shipping rates and free-delivery thresholds are listed on our Shipping page; the charges applicable to your order are confirmed at checkout. Delivery times depend on destination, availability and carrier service.

6. Withdrawal, returns and refunds

For online purchases subject to the statutory right of withdrawal, consumers may notify us within 14 days of delivery, without prejudice to more favourable or mandatory rights under applicable law. Goods made to customers' specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from change-of-mind withdrawal where the applicable legal exception applies. For sale items, we do not offer additional discretionary exchanges or returns beyond statutory rights; a discount does not in itself remove any applicable statutory withdrawal right for online purchases.

7. Faulty goods and consumer guarantees

Mandatory consumer guarantees and remedies for faulty or non-conforming products remain unaffected. If you need assistance, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, photographs, texts, trademarks, illustrations and other website materials belong to their respective owners and may not be reused commercially without authorisation.
